Another Slimming World ready meal today. These really are handy to keep in the freezer for those days when you can’t think what to make, or haven’t the energy to make something from scratch, and although they’re never quite the same (or quite as good) as something you might make yourself, they’re a very good second best… if they’re good!

Slimming World Roasted Vegetable Pasta
This is another complete meal, to which one should try to add some extra speed veg to round it out and really kick it into the high gear for your weight loss efforts.
Once again, as with the farfalle meal, the sauce is a little thin and watery, but it’s still very tasty. There are plenty of lovely vegetables packed in there, and the pasta is al dente, rather than soggy, which always makes a nice change when it comes to microwave meals!
This also has the virtue of being suitable for vegetarians.
Top it with a little cheese from your HEa allowance and serve with a nice salad or some steamed veg, and you’re dancing!

I served mine with sauteed mushrooms and onion, and steamed cauliflower, carrot and broccoli.
