Every now and then we need to take a little time out. This past week was mine. I had a whole week off plan and ate whatever I wanted. I got it all out of my system and now I’m ready to get back on the wagon.
I told myself I’d be happy if I hadn’t gained any more than 5lbs, and so my gain of 3.5lbs wasn’t bad at all. I accept that and will move forward feeling quite happy.
